We’ve already told you just how important it is to respond to clients’ questions in a timely fashion. But the bigger your business gets, the busier you will be and the more questions you will get. At that point, answering questions on a daily basis may not be possible. Still, there are other options.
Our suggestion? Why not hold a Twitter Q & A session? This way you can engage with clients and prospects live, and avoid answering the same questions over and over again.
